Ours exclusively in the Washington Metro area, the garlic sprout is the golden tender sprout germinated from fresh cloves of garlic in the absence of light. Its flavor is surprisingly mild but unique enough for you to claim that you’ve enjoyed a new horizon in authentic Peking Cuisine.
